Wensum Valley Services Ltd is wholly committed to providing a high level of quality customer service. All reasonable measures will therefore be taken to ensure that compliance with all Ministry of Defence and other Establishment requirements are achieved.

To this end, Wensum Valley Services will ensure that sufficient information and instructions in regard to customer requirements and standards are obtained prior to work commencing. In this way adequate co-ordination and co-operation with our clients can be maintained.

To ensure compliance, sound working procedures are followed and defects and faults are kept to a minimum, the following objectives are established:

  • To work in conjunction with our clients to achieve their requirements and standards as far as is reasonably practicable,
  • To ensure that staff are briefed, and where necessary, trained regarding client standards and requirements prior to work commencing,
  • To maintain adequate quality checks so that faults, defects and non-compliances are systematically identified and rectified

The Directors of the company have responsibility for implementing this Policy and must ensure that client requirements and standards are given high priority in planning and day-to-day supervision of work.  

All those working for or on behalf of Wensum Valley Services Ltd are expected to co-operate in carrying out this policy throughout the company’s activities.  All those working for or on behalf of the company, including any sub contractors, will be made aware of this policy and the importance of commitment to its objectives.
