Quality Statement

Wensum Valley Services Ltd is wholly committed to providing a high level of quality customer service. Customer satisfaction is one of our key business principles and is essential for every contract. All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure a high quality service is provided, sound working procedures are followed and we aim to achieve zero defects.

The development of Wensum Valley Services as a business, and its performance, depend upon the continuous improvement of standards. We therefore intend to meet and exceed these standards by placing quality management on an equal footing with all of the company’s operations. 

The objectives of the company quality policy are:

  • To achieve commitment to customer and product service excellence by all personnel,
  • To work in conjunction with our clients to achieve their aims as far as is reasonably practicable,
  • To provide cost effective solutions whilst recognising the needs of our clients, as well as meeting the standards required for legal compliance
  • To maintain adequate quality checks so that faults and defects are systematically identified and rectified

All those working for or on behalf of Wensum Valley Services Ltd are expected to co-operate in carrying out this policy throughout the company’s activities and must ensure that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out to the standards required by Nationally approved British Standards and Approved Codes of Practice.  All those working for or on behalf of the company, including any sub contractors, will be made aware of this policy and the importance of commitment to its objectives. 

The company will endeavour to ensure that all persons working for or on behalf of Wensum Valley Services Ltd receive adequate information, instruction and training to enable them to comply with the requirements of this policy.
